Last Updated: April 19, 2026

DDRUVAM Group LLC ("DDRUVAM") provides independent certification for Agentic AI workflows via the SentinelCore™ Audit Engine.

1. Independent Auditor Role

DDRUVAM operates as a third-party certification layer. Our reports represent a point-in-time forensic audit based on specific synthetic stress tests (including SQL injection, path-integrity, and domain bias). While we identify high-risk failures, we do not guarantee the performance of autonomous agents in live production environments where external variables change.

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, including the SentinelCore™ Audit Engine logic, the 35-key Strategic Reasoning metrics, and the visual layout of our 2x2 Forensic Dashboards, are the exclusive intellectual property of DDRUVAM Group LLC.

3. Limitations of Liability

DDRUVAM provides forensic certification based on point-in-time linguistic and logic stress testing. In no event shall DDRUVAM Group LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages—including but not limited to financial loss or data breaches—arising from the use of our audit reports to make production deployment decisions. Legal compliance remains the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For services contracted in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. For services contracted or delivered via our India Operations, the laws of India shall apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frisco, Texas, or Hyderabad, India, respectively.

5. Global Compliance & Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of DDRUVAM's AI certification tools complies with local regulations, including the EU AI Act, India's DPDP Act, and US federal guidelines. DDRUVAM does not store production client data or PII; users must only provide anonymized or synthetic data for benchmarking purposes.
